Bridge over Orzanella stream
Total collapse of a provincial/regional bridge over the Orzanella stream near Filattiera (Massa-Carrara, Tuscany) on 13 November 2000, triggered by hydraulic forces during intense autumn rainfall. One person was killed in the collapse. Filattiera is a municipality in the Lunigiana area of the Apennines, where the Orzanella flows into the Magra river system.
