Passerella della chiusa di San Bartolo
On 25 October 2018 a section of the walkway at the San Bartolo weir over the Ronco river, municipality of Ravenna, collapsed during a technical inspection. ARPAE determination DET-AMB-2019-1885 records piping with severe erosion of the left bank and collapse of the walkway section supported by that bank. The regional legislative account identifies one fatality, Danilo Zavatta. The separate interruption of the adjacent SS67 Ravegnana is not itself counted as a bridge collapse. TC refers to the loss of the walkway span and interruption of pedestrian passage, not destruction of the entire weir. Beam bridge and Reinforced concrete are the curator's interpretation of the linked photographs, not independently confirmed original-design data. The documented hydraulic process is piping and bank/support loss; no flood at the moment of collapse or final legal allocation of responsibility is inferred. Injuries, original construction year, length and riverbed piers remain unknown. Coordinates identify the weir site approximately, not a surveyed walkway centroid.
